ABOUT DANIEL BENTLEY
English soccer player and goalkeeper who joined Southend United in 2009. He'd later sign a four-year contract with Brentford in 2016.
He began his career playing on the youth team of Southend United.
He developed a reputation for being good at saving penalty kicks.
He was born and raised in Basildon, Essex and started playing youth soccer at the age of 8.
He and Alvin Martin both played soccer for Southend United.
