As a businessman, he is the co-CEO of the massively popular Utah-based farm and social media platform Ballerina Farm, along with his wife Hannah Neeleman . He is also a social media personality, Instagram star, and online content creator.

He grew up alongside eight siblings. He formerly worked as the director of Vigzul, a home security company founded by his father. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from Brigham Young University before earning his MBA from the University of Utah .

He and his eight siblings are the children of David Neeleman , an award-winning entrepreneur who founded five total airlines including Jet Blue. His own social media presence includes over 600,000 followers on his hogfathering Instagram account, which showcases his life as a business owner, parent, and farmer.

He and his wife Hannah married after having gotten engaged only three weeks into their dating relationship. They share eight children together, including three sons and five daughters.
