ABOUT DARREN DAY
Initially famous for his leading roles in London West End productions of Godspell and Grease, this actor and singer went on to perform in United Kingdom and international tours of such plays and musicals as Defending the Caveman and We Will Rock You.
Before becoming an acclaimed stage actor, he was a professional snooker player. He began his performing arts career after competing on a BBC talent program called Opportunity Knocks.
His television credits include a recurring role on the soap opera Hollyoaks and a guest spot on ITV's The Bill.
Prior to marriage and fatherhood, he dated such actresses as Isla Fisher , Tracy Shaw, and Anna Friel . He met his actress wife, Stephanie, while the two were rehearsing a stage production of Cinderella.
In 2011, he performed with comedian and television host Brian Conley in a musical stage production of Brother Love's Travelling Salvation Show.
