ABOUT DARRYNTON EVANS

Running back who was taken by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He previously played college football for Appalachian State University , where he was the Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Year after his 2019 junior season.

He played high school football for New Smyrna Beach High School in Florida. He redshirted his sophomore 2017 season with Appalachian State before breaking out in 2018.

He was twice named to the All-Sun Belt first team in 2018 and 2019. He was MVP of the Sun Belt Conference Football Championship Game those same years.

His parents' names are Evelyn and Darry.

He became teammates with fellow running back Derrick Henry on the Tennessee Titans.
