Restaurateur and author who co-founded the award-winning, health-conscious restaurant The Happy Pear alongside his identical twin brother Stephen. His 2014 book, also called The Happy Pear, was the best-selling cookbook in Ireland for two years.

He grew up in a town called Greystones, just south of Dublin, Ireland.

He parlayed the success of his restaurant and book into a popular YouTube cooking channel, which currently boasts more than 550,000 subscribers.

He has brothers named Darragh and Mark.
