ABOUT DAVID SHARPE
American actor who was involved in stunts and was called the Crown Prince of Daredevils for appearing in over 5,000 films. In 1980, he was inducted into the Stuntman's Hall of Fame.
He started out acting as a child in the 1920s and won the US National Tumbling Championship in 1925 and 1926.
He was inducted into the Stuntman's Hall of Fame in 1980.
He married Margaret Messinger, the widow of his brother, Buddy, who died in 1965.
Tony Curtis gave the eulogy at his funeral in 1980.
