Daylon McCutcheon
ABOUT DAYLON MCCUTCHEON
Cornerback who played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire NFL career from 1999 to 2006. He later became the defensive coordinator at his former high school and, in 2015, was named the assistant defensive backs coach for the New York Jets.
He attended Bishop Amat Memorial High School won the Glenn Davis Award as the best high school football player in the Los Angeles area in 1994.
He was a First-Team All-Pac-10 selection in his senior season at the University of Southern California and was also a semifinalist for the Jim Thorpe Award.
His father is All-Pro Los Angeles Rams running back Lawrence McCutcheon. He has a son named Dyson.
He played alongside Pro Bowl linebacker Willie McGinest in Cleveland.
