Chef and entrepreneur who specializes in open fire cooking. He started the Instagram account Over the Fire Cooking, which has gained over 3.4 million followers.

He was inspired to start grilling and BBQing after watching cooking TV shows and documentaries. He and his wife got a fire pit as a wedding gift, and the first meal they cooked was skirt steak with homemade chimichurri sauce.

He wrote a recipe book called "Food by Fire: Grilling and BBQ." He also started a TikTok for his company where he's gained over 1.1 million followers.

His wife Ally went full-time with him in the business in June 2020.

He said he's been strongly influenced by chef Steven Raichlen .
