Played columnist dad Tom Bradford on the series Eight is Enough and starred in many feature films including Robin Hood: Men in Tights and Charly.
He debuted as a child actor and model, earning a role on Broadway at age 7 and his success led to twelve theatrical roles before hitting his teen years.
He played roles in the TV series I Remember Mama and Young Dr. Malone.
He married Patricia Poole in 1954, and the couple had a son named Vincent in 1957.
He made an appearance in the 1973 Charlton Heston film Soylent Green.
