American voice actress who played the voice role of Kimi Finster in the cartoon Rugrats.

She was born with optic nerve hypoplasia which left her legally blind and started her first voice work in commercials when she was 14 years old.

She also played the role of the Komada Twins in an episode of the 2006 Disney Channel series Shorty McShorts' Shorts.

She was born to Lori and Daryl Quan.

Like Tara Strong , she played a voice role on the cartoon Rugrats.
