Drone pilot and photographer who has become known on the Instagram account fromwhereidrone for his stunning aerial photographs. He also has more than 260,000 Instagram fans on his personal photography account, dirka.

He'd been piloting electric helicopters and RC airplanes for a over decade before purchasing his first drone in 2013.

He captains the blog From Where I Drone, where he offers tips, tutorials, and drone buying guides.

He and his wife, Alicia, settled in Southern California with their three daughters and son.
