Campbell's Soup executive who invented SpaghettiOs, earning the nickname The Daddy-O of SpaghettiOs.

He created SpaghettiOs after trying to find a product both appealing to children and also able to withstand canning and reheating.

He was also known for inventing the Campbell's Chunky Soup line. His most famous invention, SpaghettiOs, became a bestseller with more than 140 million cans sold annually at the time of his death.

He had two sons and a daughter with his wife June Marie Uthus.

His SpaghettiOs became known also for their catchy musical tagline, "Uh-Oh, SpaghettiOs!," which was sung by Jimmie Rodgers .
