ABOUT DUGALD CAMPBELL PATTERSON
At the end of the 19th century, he purchased land that formed the Northeast section of Central Park in New York City.
He worked as a construction supervisor during World War I.
His home in which he lived during the end of his life was placed on the official list of Canada's Historic Places.
He married Frances Mabel Webb in 1891.
He invested in property within and around Central Park in Manhattan long before Donald Trump did.
