ABOUT DUJE ĆALETA-CAR

Professional center-back that was signed by the Southampton Football Club of the English Premier League in September 2022. Prior to Southampton FC, he was signed by the Olympique de Marseille men's soccer club. He has also made appearances as a member of the Croatian men's national team.

He began his youth soccer career playing for HNK Šibenik in 2005. He played for HNK Šibenik from 2005 to 2012.

He first began playing for the Croatian men's national team in October 2015. He made his official debut playing against the Bulgarian men's team.

He lives along with his wife and their son, Mauro. He is a native of Šibenik, Croatia.

He played alongside Luka Modric as a member of the Croatian national team.
