International yoga instructor who is renown for posting a variety of yoga related content to his over 800,000 Instagram followers. He has taught nearly 400 workshops in 60 different countries.

He was introduced to yoga through martial arts in 2001; but didn't begin practicing consistently until 2009. He'd begin teaching after laid off from his full-time job in 2013.

He worked with the fire department before becoming an instructor. He first took to yoga to help with his rock climbing.

He was born and raised in Southern California.
