ABOUT EJ GAINES

Cornerback who was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. With the Missouri Tigers, he was a First-Team All-Big 12 and All-SEC selection.

He was a running back at Fort Osage High School in his hometown of Independence, Missouri.

He was also a two-time All-State track star in high school.

His parents are Edwin Gaines and Alta Bailey.

He was teammates with linebacker Michael Sam at the University of Missouri.
