At 16, she began forming her own workout routines at the local YMCA. She chose to pursue basketball and played for four years at Fairfield University. She began sharing workout related content to her Instagram in February of 2014 and began her website in 2015.

She is known for being an athlete and trainer for DogPound gym in New York.

She was born and raised in Massachusetts and has two brothers who inspired her fitness journey from a young age.
