Instagram star and founder of the all natural and organic online shop Purely Elizabeth. She is also a published author who has written about nutrition and the importance of eating healthy.

She began posting her food and recipes to Instagram in May of 2011. She then started her website where she sold the same food she originally posted about.

With a variety of granola ideas and fresh organic food, her Instagram has over 220,000 followers.

She was raised in Rye, New York. When she first began selling her recipes, her mother was involved in the project.

She was featured in an interview with Kayla Itsines in Purely Summer Magazine.
