ABOUT ELIZABETH TABISH

Actress and arthouse filmmaker known for her role as Mary Magdalene in the television series The Chosen. She has also produced and directed a number of short films such as Like a Ghost, Verdurous, and Musa Malvada.

She earned a Master of Arts in theater and a Bachelor of Arts in film studies from Oklahoma State University .

She co-founded the Austin Arthouse Film Festival.

Her brother Jesse Tabish sings for the indie rock band Other Lives.

She worked alongside Paras Patel on The Chosen.
