She was signed by a talent scout at 14 as a model. After she graduated high school, she went on to pursue modeling full time.

She has an incredible social media following with over 1.2 million Instagram followers and 3 million likes on her official Facebook page. She has also garnered over 140,000 followers on her elliegonsalves Twitter page.

Her dog, Daisy, has her own Instagram account with over 25,000 followers.

She is an ambassador for the Steve Irwin founded charity Wildlife Warriors.
