ABOUT EMILE VAN DANGO

South African singer-songwriter known for his solo project Yellow House and his work with the indie band The Plastics. He released his debut solo EP, entitled, A Carnival of Fears, in the year 2017. His debut album, entitled Mania / Post Mania, dropped in the year 2020.

His first solo single, entitled Better Views, dropped in the year 2016.

His song "Love in the Time of Socialism" has racked up more than 17 million Spotify streams. The name of his project, Yellow House, was inspired by one of Vincent van Gogh 's paintings.

His mother and father were featured in a pair of photos posted to his yellowhousemusic Instagram account on September 16, 2021. He has a baby daughter that is often featured in his Instagram content. He is based in the Cape Town region of South Africa.
