ABOUT EMILY MASON
Abstract painter who specialized in color field painting and lyrical abstraction.
She studied briefly at Bennington College and graduated in 1955 from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
She taught art classes at Manhattan's Hunter College.
She married painter Wolf Kahn in 1957.
She and actor Peter Dinklage both briefly attended Bennington College.
