Certified holistic nutritionist who has built a following writing about nutrition and fitness on her blog Miss Emma Troupe. She is also a health coach and personal trainer and has created fitness videos and programs for her blog.
After graduating high school in 2012, she joined a gym and began eating more healthy foods. By 2014, she'd begun to master training and nutrition.
She has a YouTube channel Miss Emma Troupe where she has posted nutrition videos, exercise videos, and Q&As.
She and her boyfriend began dating in 2014.
