Son of comedy legend Bill Cosby . He was the originator of the phrase "Hello, friend," which his father adopted as the trademark line on the Nickelodeon series Little Bill.

He attended Landmark College after being diagnosed with dyslexia because the school had a program designed specifically for kids with the learning disorder.

He was shot by an armed robber while helping his friend change her tire.

He was the third of the five Cosby children born to Bill and Camille Cosby .

Theo Huxtable of The Cosby Show, played by Malcolm Jamal Warner , was based on him.
