Popular food blogger who became the brains behind the blog $5 Dollar Dinners. She shares her favorite products, recipes and ways to pull off innovative meals that cost less than $5. She also founded the affordable meal plan called Freez Easy.

She worked as a missionary in the Dominican Republic after college and learned all the ways to meal plan and shop on a budget in a third world country.

She got the idea behind her blog after she started using coupons in the summer of 2008.

She met her husband while in the Dominican Republic and they married a year and a half later. She has four boys.

She and Erin Aschow are both popular food bloggers.
