Singer who became a pioneering Brazilian dance music artist in the 90s with club hits like "Voce Pra Mim," "Rio 40 Graus" and "Kátia Flávia, a Godiva Do Irajá." Prior to her solo career, she was a member of the popular rock band BLITZ.
She began dancing at age 9 and trained as a ballet dancer for several years.
She has served as a mentor on the talent shows Popstars and X Factor Brazil.
She married director Luiz Stein and has children named Alice and Sofia.
She was a guest vocalist on the Gabriel Contino song "Nádegas a Declarar."
