Irish and British actor, performer, entertainer, and artist who is best known for his roles in projects such as True Detective , Hope Gap and The Nevers .

When he was younger, he auditioned for plays such as Top Boy and The Liar and Kiri. He attended school in London. He also attended the Stagecoach Drama School in Islington on Saturdays.

He also starred in the television series Domina, Sick of It, and Liar.

He is the first member of his family to pursue acting. His father is Irish and is a novelist, while his mother is British, yet also a novelist.

He starred alongside Vince Vaughn and Jodie Foster in the television series True Detective.
