ABOUT FLO DEVOE

Best recognized as the mother of New Edition's Ronnie DeVoe and the sister of New Edition choreographer Brooke Payne .

Her son, Ronnie, was brought into New Edition by her brother, Brooke. New Edition would release their debut album Candy Girl in 1983.

In 1989, her son founded the group Bell Biv DeVoe.

In addition to Ronnie, she has four other children, Roland, Robert, Regina, and Tonya.
