Wife of Peter Jackson who collaborated with him on the Lord of the Rings trilogy and received three Academy Awards for her contributions.

She met Peter Jackson in 1987 while doing post-production on his low-budget Bad Taste.

She is credited as one of the screenwriters for Jackson's magnum opus, the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

She has two children, Billy and Katie .

She co-wrote Jackson's 2005 film King Kong which starred Jack Black .
