He won the grand prize of the singing competition Pinoy Halo-Halo at age 11.

His first-ever YouTube video gained over 250,000 views. He has over 40,000 Instagram followers and is also known as "Chinito Crooner."

Francis is Filipino-Chinese. He's managed by his father, Jay Dreamstar.

He was coached by Sarah Geronimo in The Voice Kids Season 1.
