ABOUT FRANK PEROZO

Dominican actor, director, and producer known for his contributions to Dominican cinema and for his work in "Ciudad Nueva," "Lotoman," "Miente," "Sanky Panky," "La Gunguna," "Qué León," and "Colao." He has amassed more than 70 different acting credits throughout his ongoing career.

He initially enrolled in medical school but eventually shifted his focus to acting. He studied at the Actors Studio in the United States. His acting career began with his appearance in the television series Ciudad Nueva in 2000.

He won Best Actor at the Guadalupe Film Festival for the film Miente in 2011. He was awarded Best Actor at the Soberano Awards for his work in ¿Quién Manda? in 2014. He enjoys scuba diving.

His full name is Francisco Ernesto Perozo Balbuena. He was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and raised in the city of Rio San Juan, Dominican Republic.

He was honored by the city of Santiago de los Caballeros with a mural recognizing his contributions to cinema, along with Zoe Saldaña and Manny Pérez .
