ABOUT GAGAN KOKRI
Music promoter turned performer who gained fame in the Punjabi music scene. He has released several hit singles since his debut in 2013 and earned the title of Rising Star of the Year at the Punjabi Music Awards.
His career originally began as a businessman in Australia, owning desi cuts stores and an incredibly popular indian buffet restaurant.
In 2015, he toured, performing his original music, in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Born Gagan Sandhu, he changed his name to Kokri after his birth village Kokri Kalan.
He collaborated with actor and singer Feroz Khan to create the single "Rangla Punjab" in 2014.
