Professionally trained chef who would star on a self-titled YouTube channel complete with her own show called Gemma's Bigger Bolder Baking. Videos including homemade ice cream and meals made in mugs helped her to more than 311 million total YouTube views.

She would study with chef Darina Allen at the world-renowned Ballymaloe cookery school.

She worked in a Michelin-Starred restaurant in San Francisco before opening her own catering company.

Born in Ireland, she would move to Santa Monica, California. She started her web series alongside her husband Kevin.

She and Elise Strachan are both culinary web stars on YouTube.
