ABOUT GEORGE CARTER

American professional basketball player who was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the NBA and for the Washington Caps in the ABA.

He played basketball at Silver Creek High School in New York and at St. Bonaventure University.

He only played in one game for the Pistons before he joined the Washington Caps of the American Basketball Association.

He was born and raised in Buffalo, New York.

He and Tayshaun Prince both played basketball for the Detroit Pistons.
