Brazilian chef who is known for specializing in research on quilombola cooking and for creating Tropicalista Cuisine. He is also known for hosting the cooking program Chef Blitz on the Rede Globo network. He gained a large following for the food and lifestyle content he posts to his chefgugarocha Instagram account.
He began his career as a presenter and chef on the More You program in 2010. In 2012, he became a presented on Men Gourmet on Fox.
He is known for having lectured at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada where he discussed his work with the SEBRAE project. He has earned over 350,000 followers on his Instagram page.
He was born and raised in Brazil and shared a photo with his extended family through Instagram in September of 2018.
