Health and wellness coach, fitness instructor, fitness enthusiast, online social media personality, Instagram star, and digital creator with over 460,000 followers on Instagram. She shares clean eating recipes and fitness tips.

She studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2016 and Business Administration and Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Her inspiration to become a coach came from her sister trying a 21 Day Fix. After noticing results, she decided to become a coach, mostly for the discounts. It was not her intention to truly grow a business but now she has become a leader and mentor to others.

She has three children, Scottie, Brody, and Knox with her husband.
