ABOUT HALEY RIORDAN
The elder son of author Rick Riordan , he inspired the hit Percy Jackson series when he asked for bedtime stories about Greek mythology.
Not only did Rick Riordan begin creating new mythology based off of Haley's childhood request, he also based aspects of the character Percy Jackson on his son, such as his ADHD and dyslexia.
In 2012, he helped his father to write four stories for the anthology The Demigod Diaries.
His mother's name is Becky. He has a younger brother named Patrick.
He inspired the popular children's book character Percy Jackson who would later be portrayed in films by Logan Lerman .
