She started Lovely Delights as an Instagram hobby. She graduated from California Baptist University in 2016 with a degree in business administration. When she started she was vegan. She now calls herself a "flexitarian."

She is five feet and ten inches tall. She originally wanted to be a model. But she also struggled with food, weight, and body image. She came up with Lovely Delites while having an acai bowl lunch with her boyfriend when she exclaimed, "that's a lovely delight!"

She was born and raised in Chino Hills, California.
