ABOUT HWANG JUNG-MIN
South Korean actor known for his roles in box office hits such as the 2015 drama film Ode to My Father and the 2016 horror film The Wailing. He had his breakout role in the 2005 drama film You Are My Sunshine. His acting achievements have earned him numerous awards and nominations.
His acting career began in musical theater. He made his acting debut in 1995 with a role in the German musical Line 1.
He appeared in the official music video for Yunho 's 2021 single "Thank U." He was named Best Actor at the 52nd Grand Bell Awards for his performance in Ode to My Father.
He and his wife, musical theater actress Kim Mi-hye, have a son named Hwang Sae-hyun.
He shared the screen with Chun Woo-Hee in The Wailing.
