ABOUT ILANA MUHLSTEIN

Dietician, nutritionist and fitness influencer in Los Angeles who rose to fame after completing her own 100-pound weight-loss transformation. She founded the 2B Mindset nutrition program which helps people lose weight without exercise or calorie counting.
