ABOUT INGA SWENSON
Best known for portraying Gretchen Kraus on Benson. She also went on to appear in multiple Broadway productions such as 110 in the Shade and Baker Street. She amassed over 40 acting credits throughout her prolific acting career.
She studied drama at Northwestern University . She got her role on Benson by first starring as Ingrid Svenson on Soap.
She was nominated twice for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. In 1962, she played Kate Keller in The Miracle Worker.
She married Lowell Harris in 1953. The couple had two sons.
Like James Noble , she appeared on Benson.
