ABOUT ISSEI MAMEHARA
Japanese singer and actor who debuted with the J-pop group JO1 on their 2020 EP Protostar. He earned his spot in the group after ranking first on the reality competition program Produce 101 Japan. In the year 2022, he was featured in the superhero film Kamen Rider Revice: Battle Familia as the character Nozomu Otani.
He worked as a dance instructor before participating in Produce 101 Japan.
He is a fan of the dance and vocal group Generations from Exile Tribe. He has named Alan Shirahama as his favorite member of the group.
He has an older sister. His mother's pork soup is one of his favorite foods.
He and Junki Kono have performed together as members of JO1.
