British actor who has worked in television, film and theatre. He is best known for his appearance on the BBC series Doctor Who . He has also appeared in the movies Brimstone , Bitter Harvest, and The Go-Between.
He made his professional stage debut at age nine in the National Theatre production of An Inspector Calls. His first feature film credit was the 2010 horror film The Boogeyman.
He was part of the cast for the West End musical production of The Full Monty.
