Canadian actor who has gained fame for his roles in a number of popular television series, including NCIS , Cold Case , JAG , Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Malcolm in the Middle .
He studied acting at Red Deer College in Alberta, Canada.
He is a PADI certified advanced open water scuba diver.
He was born in Edmonton, Canada but later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.
He shared the screen with David James Elliott in JAG.
