K-Pop star known for being the main vocalist of the boy band Wanna One . He also has a successful solo career and has a popular YouTube channel with 190,000 subscribers and 86 million views.

He got his start as a semifinalist in the show Korea's Got Talent in 2012. He was a contestant in season two of the survival show Produce 101 in 2017.

He started a solo career in 2019 releasing the EPs Another and Moment. He released two solo EPs in 2021 called Change and The Letter.

He was born in Seoul, South Korea.

He has done many covers of American pop music, including the song " Peaches " by Justin Bieber .
