He grew up reading comic books and was fond of Dennis the Menace and Archie.
He's won more than a dozen awards for his work, mostly, but not entirely, for Love & Rockets.
He has five older siblings, four of whom are brothers.
Two of his brothers, Gilbert and Mario, also worked on Love & Rockets.
