ABOUT JAKE HARRIS
Reality TV star best known for his appearance on Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch. He has been at the helm of the Cornelia Marie, a ship used to catch king crab.
His reality show Deadliest Catch premiered on the Discovery Channel in April 2005.
He wrote a book with his brother about his late father called Captain Phil Harris: The Legendary Crab Fisherman, Our Hero, Our Dad.
His father Phil died of a stroke on camera during the taping of Deadliest Catch.
His brother is Josh Harris who also appeared on Deadliest Catch as a crab fisherman.
