ABOUT JALON WALKER

Inside linebacker who first enrolled at the University of Georgia as a freshman in the year of 2022. As a junior, he was named a first-team All-American and a member of the second-team All-SEC. In 2024, he was also named the recipient of the Dick Butkus Award for being the best linebacker in the NCAA.

He was considered a four-star recruit while at Salisbury High School. During his senior season, he was named North Carolina's Gatorade Football Player of the Year in 2021.

He collected a career-high eight tackles while playing against the University of Tennessee during his junior season. That very same season, he finished third in tackles on his team.

Although he was born in South Carolina, he primarily grew up living with his family in North Carolina.

He played the position of linebacker at the University of Georgia, just like Roquan Smith .
