Actor known for playing Tobin on the AMC series The Walking Dead . He is the voice of Beerus in the anime series Dragon Ball Super . He also voiced Krieg in the video game Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3.

He started his voice performing career in 1983 in animated series Aura Battler Dunbine and Super Dimension Fortress Macross.

He has appeared in films including Sin City and No Country for Old Men . He was in television series including The Leftovers , Breaking Bad and Nashville .

He married Jessica Holly Templet.

On The Walking Dead, his character had a brief relationship with Carol Peletier, played by Melissa McBride .
