Filipino singer who gained a following after winning season two of the The Voice of the Philippines. The victory resulted in a contract with MCA Music. He released his self-titled album Jason Dy in 2015.
Before achieving musical success, he recorded demo tracks and covered songs on YouTube.
Growing up, he worked as a haranista, someone who serenades women on behalf of a partner or potential suitor.
He was raised predominantly by his mother, Malou Dy.
Sarah Geronimo was his coach on The Voice of the Philippines.
